The room was spacious enough for our family of five, providing a much-needed break after a long road trip. While the location offered convenience with shops and restaurants nearby, the outdated furniture in the room and the cleanliness of the shower curtain were disappointing. Parking was easy and secure, but the evening front desk staff was rude when I asked for pool towels, which put a damper on our overall experience.

Would recommend for a mini-break over the weekend

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location made our stay enjoyable, especially with the nice breakfast buffet offering a variety of options and the fitness center available 24 hours for morning workouts....

I appreciated the free Wi-Fi for my work needs. Unfortunately, the room wasn't the cleanest. I noticed some dust and the bathroom could use a deeper clean. The breakfast options were limited. I expected more variety for the price. Staff interactions were friendly but they seemed to lack training in handling issues promptly. I experienced a long check-in due to confusion over my reservation. The second room I got was much better but starting the stay with a bad smell was unpleasant. Overall, there’s potential here, but management needs to address cleanliness and training issues.

Great Texas décor, but shower cleanliness needs attention.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved visiting Wonderland Park and exploring Cadillac Ranch. The location was great for nearby restaurants, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and...

Improve cleanliness in the facilities.

We had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the jacuzzi and the relaxing indoor swimming pool after a long day. The room was nice and comfy, though the check-in process was a bit slow, which was a small hiccup. I'd recommend checking out the nearby restaurants for some great meals! 😊

The location near restaurants suited my travel needs, and the attentive staff created a pleasant environment. Although the parking fee felt unexpected, the spacious room made up for it. Overall, a comfortable stay in Amarillo!

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the area, and the staff during breakfast were particularly friendly and helpful. However, the check-in process was frustrating. The second room I was given was better but still had some lingering odors. Overall, it wasn't the most comfortable experience, but the helpfulness of the staff saved the day.

Family with kids a decent place to stay

I really liked the bar and restaurant downstairs, something you don’t see a lot of these days. The lady at check-in was fantastic---super friendly and worked hard to get us a rollaway bed for my son!...

We had a delightful time exploring Superman, Tower of Power at Wonderland Park, a blast for the whole family. The staff were friendly, and the room provided ample space for our little one to roam around comfortably....  

The bathroom needed more cleaning. however, the staff was super friendly! I loved the nice decor and the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep! there were great amenities too.

Although the front desk staff was occasionally unhelpful and there were issues with the room amenities and cleanliness, the hotel did have a welcoming atmosphere, and the location was convenient for nearby attractions. Just keep in mind to manage your expectations regarding service.

This was just a reliable pick for a brief sojourn in Amarillo with incredible value for money. The front desk staff were quite accommodating and friendly, which was a nice surprise after a long drive. Be careful with unexpected fees.
